Things are no different at BetConstruct. From induction training for all new associates to specialised, departmental training, the company understands the necessity of investing in its employees.
BetConstruct’s Training and Development department, with its core of five experienced educators, is responsible for the delivery of all the company’s training requirements, and due to the company’s rapid expansion the demand for this education has continued to accelerate.
Recently, we have expanded our training facilities. The new, dedicated training space offers a smaller room for focused training, a ‘work-horse’ training area, primarily used for larger groups such as Customer Service, Account Management or Sales departments and a main training/conference room, capable of comfortably sitting more than thirty people at a time.
According to David Chandler, Head of Training & Development for BetConstruct, non-related activities like art classes, graphic design courses and even movie nights will be added to the ever-growing curriculum. “Now that we have these expanded facilities, there’s almost no limit to what we can offer our over 1,000 strong BetConstruct team.”
